Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ImageKitTools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

ImageKitTools provides browser-based image tools, including compression, resizing, format conversion, cropping, rotation, watermarking, a meme generator, a photo editor, and region blur. Image processing happens locally in your browser by default. An optional account lets you save files to private cloud storage.

Your account

If you register, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your content

You retain all rights to the images you process or store. Processing happens in your browser; files you save to cloud storage are stored on your behalf and remain private to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service — to process and, where you instruct, to store and serve your own files back to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Upload or store content you do not have the right to handle.
• Attempt to access other users' files, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, its servers, or its storage.
• Use automated systems to abuse rate limits or attempt to overload the service.

No warranty

ImageKitTools is provided "as is" and "as available." Image results are generated by your browser and may vary across browsers and devices. We do not guarantee that a specific file-size target, quality level, or output will be achieved, and we are not liable for any loss arising from processed or stored files. Always keep your own backups of important images.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageKitTools and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Third-party links and services

The service may link to third-party sites and, when configured, use third-party analytics or monitoring. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
