We welcome feedback, bug reports, and ideas for new image tools. A dedicated support email address will be published here at launch. Until then, the notes below explain what to include so we can help quickly.

Reporting an issue

When reporting a problem, please include:

The tool and the steps you took.
The image format and approximate size, if relevant.
Your browser and device (for example, Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Windows).
Any error message you saw.

Please do not send images containing sensitive personal information. Because processing happens in your browser, we usually cannot inspect your image directly.

Feature requests

We prioritize tools that stay local and private. If you have a request for an image tool that fits that philosophy, we would love to hear about it.
